Short answer: Well… that is kind of why we started this business.
Long answer: Laptops are very expensive and often easily broken devices. Also, they almost always contain vital information since many people have work related content in their personal computers. In addition, it is more difficult to back computers up. It is very difficult to load the same information to a new computer. Cell phone and tables are much better for back ups but unfortunately computers are not. Perhaps it will get better in the future but we live at the present.
We have noticed that not many people around this very populated Pennsylvania (Chester County), Delaware (New Castle County), and Maryland (Cecil County) area repair PCs. When we investigated why this is the case we found out that not many technicians DO NOT have the skills and experience to conduct board repair, soldiering, and equipment necessary for computer repairs. We understand that this requires a lot of years in the industry and a lot of monetary investment in machinery. Hence, not many people do it.
Sorry to deliver the bad news. But we thought you wanted to know. Anyways, cheer up! We have some good news for you. We have been in this business for decades and computers are our specialty! We will take care of it. No PC is dead until we say so!
